Abstract

O presente artigo visa realizar uma revisão bibliométrica, com o tema “soft skills e empregabilidade”. Neste âmbito, faz-se uma relação entre as elevadas taxas de desemprego no Brasil, a inadequação de postos de trabalho a graduandos atuantes no mercado e o papel das Instituições de Ensino Superior (IES) na melhoria destes números a partir das soft skills. Para a construção deste trabalho, propõem-se uma síntese do estudo feito a partir de 140 artigos relacionados ao tema, presentes na base Scopus, com o auxílio da plataforma EndNote. Através da análise das pesquisas selecionadas, confirma-se que as Instituições de Ensino Superior são uma das responsáveis pelo desenvolvimento das soft skills para empregabilidade. Dessa forma, a pesquisa aponta os responsáveis e diversos meios para esse desenvolvimento, assim como, a necessidade de um alinhamento de expectativas entre IES, governo e mercado para ser possível a redução das taxas de desemprego. Por fim, o tema estudado se apresenta como fundamental para a atuação de graduandos no mercado e diminuição da taxa de desemprego, conclui-se também que o tema deve ser mais estimulado no Brasil visto que, na amostra analisada não há periódicos ou autores brasileiros.
