Teleconsulta em insuficiência cardíaca: revisão de escopo / Teleconsultation in heart failure: scope review

Abstract


Objetivo: Identificar os aspectos abordados na teleconsulta de pacientes com insuficiência cardíaca. Método: Revisão de escopo, com busca de artigos em bases de dados da saúde: LILACS, MEDLINE, PubMed, Web of Science, ScienceDirect, Scopus e Embase. Resultados e Discussão: Ao todo, 26 estudos foram analisados. Considera-se que o desenvolvimento de tecnologias no campo da telessaúde proporciona o avanço do cuidado por permitir a troca e armazenamento de informações entre pacientes, familiares e profissionais de saúde em situações críticas, tal como a imposição do isolamento social. Diversos estudos mostraram que o suporte telefônico estruturado ou telemonitoramento não invasivo para pacientes com IC reduzem o risco de mortalidade por todas as causas e hospitalizações relacionadas à IC. As consultas abordaram aspectos como: avaliação do conhecimento sobre a doença, comportamentos de autocuidado, parâmetros de saúde, sintomatologia e qualidade assistencial. Conclusão: Os resultados apoiam o uso de consultas virtuais em alternância com consultas presenciais na IC, principalmente pós-alta, por abordar aspectos imprescindíveis para seguimento de pacientes com a doença.
