Efeitos da terapia por espelho na função do membro superior em crianças com diagnóstico de paralisia cerebral hemiplégica: uma revisão sistemática/ The effects of mirror therapy in the function of upper limb in childrens diagnosed with unilateral cerebral palsy: a systematic review

Objetivo: Verificar através da busca de artigos científicos os possíveis efeitos da Terapia por espelho na função do membro superior em crianças com diagnóstico de Paralisia Cerebral hemiplégica. Metodologia: Nos meses de junho e julho de 2020 foi realizada uma busca de estudos, dos últimos 5 anos, nas bases de dados PEDRO e BVS. A variável selecionada foi função e os critérios de inclusão foram ensaios controlados aleatorizados e crianças com diagnóstico clínico de Paralisia Cerebral hemiplégica e os critérios de exclusão foram estudos científicos que não tivessem relação com o tema da pesquisa. Resultados: A estratégica de busca resultou em 215 artigos, que após o processo de seleção, procedeu em 3 ensaios controlados aleatorizados com um tamanho de amostra total agrupada em 70 participantes. Conclusão: Após a leitura e verificação dos artigos selecionados pode-se concluir que a Terapia por espelho demonstrou-se eficaz na sensibilidade tátil, percepção, força de preensão e destreza para o membro superior de crianças com diagnóstico clínico de Paralisia Cerebral hemiplégica.
