Abstract

O transplante de medula óssea, vêm se tornado uma terapia celular bastante útil no combate de doenças malignas e benignas. Contudo, a existência de algumas variáveis favorece para que o transplante não seja efetivo. Essas variáveis, estão relacionadas com histocompatibilidade entre o doador e o receptor, regime de condicionamento e tipo de enxerto que pode ser autólogo ou alogênico. Resultando assim em complicações posteriores ao transplante que pode ser de curto ou longo prazo. Dessa forma o objetivo do presente trabalho foi realizar uma análise das complicações posteriores após o transplante autólogo e alogênico de medula óssea. Usando o método de análise sistemática, com isso obteve-se os seguintes resultados para transplante autólogo e alogênico, dos quais foram observados que as principais complicações são as infecções, complicações pulmonares, doença do enxerto contra o hospedeiro, complicações hepáticas, oculares e cardíacas, complicações devido a erros de procedimento, além de complicações em transplantes de medula óssea para hemoglobinopatias e neoplasias.
