Abstract


Ante el uso excesivo de bienes y servicios ambientales; y dada la reacción de los mercados, como el aumento de los precios de las commodities minerales; surgió el concepto de Economía Circular (EC). Con efecto, una retomada de la idea de cierre de los ciclos de materiales en la producción. El cambio a un rumo hacia una EC requiere innovaciones, y para tanto, este concepto debe estar articulado al concepto de innovación económica, e integrado a la noción de competencia capitalista. Sin embargo, la proyección internacional que haya alcanzado permita afirmar el concepto de EC es capaz de influenciar el ambiente selectivo de innovaciones; algunas limitaciones del concepto, en lo que concierne a las innovaciones y también a la sustentabilidad, carecen de mayor atención. Es el caso de la cobertura geográfica; efectos “boomerang” y otros.
