Nanopartículas sólidas lipídicas e sua aplicação na entrega de compostos ativos naturais / Solid lipidic nanoparticles and their application in the delivery of natural active compounds

Nanopartículas Sólidas Lipídicas (NSL's) são conhecidas pelo papel importante na entrega de drogas e compostos através de diferentes vias como oral, ocular, tópica e sistêmica. Entre as vantagens na utilização deste sistema está o aumento da biodisponibilidade, liberação sustentada e lenta alvo direcionada. Como um potencial sistema de entrega as NSL’s são uma alternativa para entrega de compostos ativos naturais. Apesar do potencial terapêutico destes compostos, algumas limitações como a baixa solubilidade em meio aquoso, degradação no trato gastrointestinal e baixa permeabilidade de membrana e estabilidade que limitam seu potencial terapêutico. Nesse sentido, sistema de entrega destes compostos utilizando NSL’s tem sido desenvolvidos e apresentado resultados interessantes para aplicação clínica. No entanto, ainda é necessário avanço em estudos clínicos e padronização de metodologias neste campo de estudo. Nesta revisão, nós apresentamos uma visão geral da utilização das NSL’s e como ela tem sido explorada nos últimos anos para encapsular compostos ativos naturais.
