Ligamentopraxia do complexo medial em joelhos com conflito medial / Ligamentopraxia of the medial complex in knees with medial conflict

Abstract

Em joelhos de pacientes acima dos 50 anos, com varismo moderado (ângulo femoro-tibial ate 4º de varo) foi utilizada associada ao tratamento específico das lesões meniscais e condrais mediais a técnica da ligamentopraxia do complexo medial (ligamento colateral medial e ligamento obliquo posterior). O objetivo foi melhorar o confito femoro-tibial favorecendo a reabilitação funcional em joelhos com desalinhamento no seu eixo anatômico. A Pontuação pela escala de Lyscholm foi utilizada variando entre pré e pós-operatório de 31,56 para 94,31 pontos. A referida técnica é inédita devendo-se observar sua eficácia e replicabilidade em novos estudos.
