Abstract


Atualmente as indústrias têm procurado aumentar a produtividade e a competitividade. Para obter ganhos em eficiência estão a ser incorporadas novas tecnologias de informação, comunicação e automação nos processos industriais. Esta mudança caracteriza uma nova estratégia para a indústria que surgiu na Alemanha designada por Indústria 4.0. Com o avanço tecnológico, os trabalhadores experimentarão uma complexidade cada vez maior das suas tarefas diárias, necessitarão de ser altamente flexíveis e demonstrar capacidade de adaptação a ambientes de trabalho muito dinâmicos. À medida que a complexidade interna dos sistemas de produção cresce, as estratégias adequadas de qualificação da força de trabalho são necessárias. Este trabalho tem como objetivo explorar a transformação dos ambientes de trabalho e o impacto das tecnologias junto ao trabalhador, combinando esta discussão com aspectos da interface homem-máquina, da robótica, realidade aumentada, gamificação, virtualização, dentre outras tecnologias assistidas e de menor interferência humana no novo cenário de organização dos postos de trabalho.
