A tecnologia BIM no gerenciamento de processos produtivos da construção civil / BIM technology in the management of production processes in civil construction

Abstract


Esta pesquisa tem o objetivo de identificar as aplicações da tecnologia BIM (Building Information Modeling) à melhoria dos processos de produção na Construção Civil. Por meio de uma pesquisa bibliográfica, verificou-se a importância da aplicação da tecnologia BIM, identificando-se sua utilidade na área de projetos (design) com registro de todas as informações durante todo o ciclo de vida; no gerenciamento possibilitando acesso dos diversos participantes às mesmas informações; em contratos; em orçamento e custos, facilitando o levantamento quantitativo e estimativa de custos e na identificação de perigo e riscos em canteiros de obras.
