Abstract

A escassez de insumos oriundos de recursos naturais e os impactos do processo de produção do cimento são razões para o desenvolvimento de alternativas mais sustentaveis. Reduzir o consumo de cimento é uma dessas alternativas, e isso pode ser feito reciclando materiais cimentícios hidratados por meio da reihratação. Por isso o objetivo desse artigo é compreender o processo de rehidratação de argamassas e concretos desidratados e os efeitos nas propriedades de novos materiais produzidos a partir desses produtos, por meio de revisão sistemática, identificando o mecanismo de reativação de fases hidratadas de argamssas e concretos. As buscas foram realizadas na base de dados da Science Direct no periodo de 2018 a 2019. A busca resultou em 31 artigos que apresentavam o processo de ativação do cimento hidratado e as propriedades de concretos e argamassas com cimento desidratado. A análise dos artigos permitiu compreender como as reações de desidratação e decomposição em pastas de cimento hidratada ocorrem. Foram ainda identificados os compostos formados após a degradção térmica e que é possivel a reação com a água formando produtos iniciais de hidratação tais como etringita, gel C-S-H e CH. Quanto ao desempenho de concretos e argamassas com esses produtos desidratados, ainda são necessárioa smais pesquisa. Mas já é de conhecimento que o melhor desempenho mecanico é alcançado quando essas fases são decompostas na faixa de 660 a 800ºC. É também relatada a baixa reatividade de concretos desidratados devido ao elevado teor de agregados em concretos. A pesquisa demonstrou que estudos ainda precisam ser realizados para viabilizar o uso de argamassas e concretos reidratados. Tais estudos podem agregar valor a um resíduo ainda com aplicações de recilagem restrita
