Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

Author Guidelines

BJHR accepts only original articles, not published in other journals. We accept articles presented at events, provided that this information is made available by the authors.

The standards for formatting and preparation of originals are:

- Maximum of 20 pages;

- Maximum 8 autors;

- Times New Roman font size 12, line spacing 1.5;

- Figures and Tables should appear together with the text, editable, in font 10, both for the content and for the title (which should come just above the graphic elements) and font (which should come just below the graphic element).

- Title in Portuguese and English, at the beginning of the file, with source 14;

- Abstract, along withkeywords, with simple spacing, just below the title;

- The submitted file should not contain the identification of the authors.




Upon receipt of the originals, the editor makes a prior review of content adequacy and verification of plagiarism and sends, within one week after receipt, for the analysis of at least two external reviewers, who can: accept the paper, accept with modifications, requires modifications and requests a new version for correction or refusal of the article. 


This journal adopts as editorial policy the guidelines of good practices of scientific publication of the National Association of Research and Post-Graduation in Administration (ANPAD), available at:


Publication fee:

- This journal does not charge a submission fee;

- This paper charges the publication of articles, in the amount of R$ 490.00 per paper to be published.

  • The content of the papers is the sole responsibility of the authors.
  • It is allowed the total or partial reproduction of the content of the papers, provided the source is mentioned.
  • Papers with plagiarism will be rejected, and the author of the plagiarism will lose the right to publish in this journal.
  • The names and addresses informed in this journal will be used exclusively for the services provided by this publication and are not available for other purposes or to third parties.
  • As soon as you submit the papers, the authors give the copyright of your papers to BJHR.
  • If you regret the submission, the author has the right to ask BJHR not to publish your paper.
  • However, this request must occur within two months before the release of the number that the paper will be published.
