Abstract

Objetivo: analisar as evidências científicas sobre as intervenções educativas realizadas com profissionais de enfermagem que promoveram mudança na cultura de segurança do paciente em instituições hospitalares. Métodos: revisão integrativa, realizada em pares, com inclusão de estudos primários das bases de dados: Medline via PubMed, LILACS, CINAHL, Scopus e Web of Science. Para tanto, utilizou-se o software Start. Resultados: foram selecionados 16 artigos, distribuídos entre os anos 2009 e 2020, em sua maioria desenvolvidos nos Estados Unidos da América. Relacionado às intervenções educativas, a maioria utilizou estratégias que envolviam metodologias ativas e participativas, seguida das tecnologias digitais educacionais e metodologia tradicional. Para avaliação da cultura de segurança do paciente a maioria utilizou o questionário Safety Atitudes Questionnaire. E, a maioria apresentou fortalecimento da cultura de segurança do paciente após implementação das intervenções. Conclusão: evidencia-se que as intervenções educativas auxiliam no fortalecimento da cultura de segurança do paciente em instituições hospitalares.
