Abstract

A radioterapia (RT) é eficaz para tratamento câncer de colo uterino (CaCU), porém está associada a lesão de órgãos adjacentes. Este estudo objetivou avaliar o polimorfismo XRCC3 rs861539 e rs77381814 em portadoras de CaCU e sua relação com reações adversas decorrentes da RT. Os dados permitiram concluir que polimorfismo rs861539 esteve relacionado à lesão de alto grau gastrointestinal. Todavia, nossos resultados ainda precisam ser confirmados em estudos de larga escala.
